As a Special Agent, I conducted complex international and domestic narcotics investigations. During the conduct of these investigations, I conducted undercover investigations, surveillances, technical surveillances, prepared affidavits for search and seizures warrants, affidavits for arrest warrants, conducted searches, seized evidence and testified as an expert witness and fact witness in criminal and civil cases in Federal District Courts. While assigned to the Office of Science and Technology as a Supervisory Special Agent from 2000 to 2005, I provided specialized training to new Special Agents at the FBI/DEA Academy in Quantico, VA and to Advanced Special Agents at the Office of Science and Technology in Lorton, VA. Training included but was not limited to Undercover Operations and Technical Investigative Techniques.

Interviewed and debriefed informants, collected physical and documentary evidence, and testified as an expert and fact witness in criminal and civil courts. In the Randallstown Barracks, performed routine traffic enforcement duties, investigated accidents, responded to crimes-in-progress, and investigated crime scenes.
